Accepting these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the game or website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game or website. If you are using the game for someone else, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

Your licence to use the game

Subject to these Terms, Chicken Farm Monster gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the game on Apple-branded devices you own or control, only for personal and non-commercial entertainment.

• The licence is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and any App Store usage rules that apply to you.
• Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game. For a valid claim that the game fails to meet an applicable warranty, Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the game.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the provisions that apply to them after you accept these Terms.

Purchases and optional advertising

The game may offer optional in-app purchases, including content or an ad-removal option, and optional rewarded advertising. Apple handles payment processing, refunds, and purchase terms through the App Store. Availability, pricing, and rewards may vary by location and can change as permitted by law. Never attempt to bypass payment or reward systems.

Use the game fairly

You must use the game and website lawfully and in a way that does not harm other people or the service.

• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not interfere with leaderboards, purchases, advertising rewards, security features, servers, or other players’ use of the service.
• Do not use bots, cheats, exploits, automation, or fraudulent activity to obtain an advantage, virtual items, or rewards.
• Do not use our support channels to send unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.

Our content and virtual items

Chicken Farm Monster, including its software, artwork, characters, audio, text, trademarks, and other content, is owned by Chicken Farm Monster or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Coins, characters, boosts, ad rewards, and other virtual items are licensed digital content with no cash value. They are not property, cannot be sold or transferred, and may not be exchanged for real-world value.

Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, rewards, or online services to maintain, improve, secure, or comply with law. We will not intentionally take away rights that cannot be changed under applicable law. Your device, operating system, network, and Apple account settings can affect whether a feature is available.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the game and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, condition, or right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chicken Farm Monster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the game or website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent allowed by applicable law.

Suspension or termination

You may stop using the game at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate access to the game or support channels if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, or create a security or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the game, website, or law changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects you, we will give additional notice when required by law. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law says otherwise.
